The cuisine for guests at Hotel Frank's offers a wide choice of Mediterranean dishes, including delicious, traditional recipes from Elba.
The air-conditioned dining room offers a wonderful view of the Gulf of Naregno.
Half-board accommodation includes a buffet breakfast to suit everybody: both sweet and savoury dishes made from organic and/or diet products.
Dinner is served at the table and includes a rich buffet of vegetables and mouth-watering appetizers, as well as homemade cakes and pastries.
Gluten free dishes on request.
Guests who come to our hotel in July or August can request Full Board; during the other months, if guests wish, they may request their lunch in our self service restaurant or in the pizzeria on the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: Our service begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on day of departure, but as long as guests request it when they book, they may start their stay with their evening meal. There will be no reduction in the cost of stay for any meals not consumed in the hotel.
The restaurant on the beach and the self-service restaurant/pizzeria
The à la carte menu in the restaurant on the beach offers Mediterranean dishes based on fish with great importance placed on the traditional Elba cuisine (for example stuffed sardines, Rio style stockfish, codfish with vegetables, and on request, Cacciucco fish soup). The Owners themselves check the quality of the ingredients constantly, and try to use as many organic vegetables as possible, depending on their availability.
Another specialty are our excellent pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven.
The restaurant is open from June to September from 7.00 p.m to 10.00 p.m.
As regards lunch, we suggest our Self-Service restaurant/Pizzeria where you can enjoy large, refreshing salads with whatever vegetables are in season, or the typical octopus salad or, if you prefer, just a fresh fruit salad.
